U's complete Potts loan deal
Emile Sinclair, Jonathan Greening and Akos Buzsaky could all make their Barnsley debuts in Saturday's Championship clash with Cardiff at Oakwell.
Striker Sinclair has joined on loan from Peterborough until January 19, while midfielders Greening (Nottingham Forest) and Hungary international midfielder Buzsaky (Portsmouth), who could both start for Keith Hill's side, will stay at Oakwell until the end of the year.
Another recent loan signing from Nottingham Forest, Marcus Tudgay, is hoping to retain his place up front alongside Craig Davies, who marked his return from a five-game absence due to a hamstring injury last week with the equaliser in the draw at Bolton.
Hill has no new injury or suspension worries, but midfielder David Perkins remains sidelined with the hamstring problem that has kept him out for the last three matches.
Former Tottenham and Middlesbrough forward Mido is hoping to return to the squad as the Tykes chase their first league win in seven matches.
Cardiff's new loan signing Simon Lappin could replace Andrew Taylor, ruled out with a calf injury, at left-back.
Malky Mackay will also be without Ben Turner (hamstring) and Kevin McNaughton (thigh).
Meanwhile, Fulham have recalled Kerim Frei from his loan spell with the Bluebirds after just three games.
Defender Potts, 18, is in contention to make his debut at MK Dons in League One on Saturday.
Potts has been a regular for West Ham's Under-21 side and joins the U's to gain more first-team experience.
The player has made two appearances for the Hammers this season in the Capital One Cup.
Potts' loan deal runs up to and including the clash at Walsall on December 22.
