Qatar-based broadcaster Al-Jazeera has bought exclusive rights to show the Champions League from 2012-15 across the Middle East and North Africa.

The Union of European Football Associations says Al-Jazeera has renewed its existing three-year deal, and also will screen the Europa League and three editions of UEFA's Super Cup from 2012-14.

The value of the agreement was not disclosed.

Al-Jazeera last month completed a deal to screen UEFA's European Championship tournament in 2012 and 2016.
