Coyle has switched his attentions to Sturridge after missing out on Arsenal's Carlos Vela to West Brom. Chelsea are willing to loan out Sturridge as they look to tie up a move for Liverpool star Fernando Torres. A number of clubs have been linked with a move for Sturridge, but it appears Bolton are set to win the race for his signature. Coyle is a big fan of Sturridge and believes he would be a success if he made the move to the Reebok Stadium "Well I think at this time there are always a host of names bandied about," Coyle told Sky Sports News. "What I would say Daniel Sturridge is as we all know a fantastically talented player. "A player who I believe is one of the best if not the best young striker in the country and a player who I believe with the platform of the Premier League will get better. "You are always looking to bring in players into the football club that can help. "We certainly would love to add another player to the squad we have and we are doing our utmost to bring that to fruition. "It won't be through lack of effort or want of trying but there are still a few boxes to be ticked before that can happen.
