Spain striker Fernando Torres is confident that the team's bad day has passed, and that the European champions won't be leaving the World Cup early.

Torres says South Africa has shown that "anyone can beat anyone," so "let's hope that our bad game, our bad day, has passed."

The Liverpool striker says that surprises always occur at the World Cup, "but let's just hope we're not one of them."

Spain faces Honduras on Monday with both teams needing a win in Group H.

Torres says Spain is ready and won't get anxious if goals don't come quickly at Ellis Park on Monday.

While England and Germany struggled in their second group games, France is virtually out after losing to Mexico.
