AC Milan's Serie A match against Genoa was suspended for around 10 minutes Friday night after tear gas filled parts of the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.

The game was suspended in the 15th minute with the score still goalless.

Most of the players returned to the dressing room, while some fans were visibly affected.

It was unclear where the tear gas came from, but local media reports said it was released by police to disperse some supporters outside the stadium.
