A host of clubs have been chasing Jerome this summer, with Stoke and Bolton heading the queue. Now Stoke have agreed terms with Birmingham, and they hope to conclude a deal on Wednesday. Stoke boss Tony Pulis is known to be in the market for two strikers, and as well as Jerome - he remains interested in Tottenham's Peter Crouch and Arsenal's Nicklas Bendtner.
