Myron Samuel and Cornelius Stewart scored either side of halftime to lead St. Vincent and the Grenadines to a 2-1 win over Grenada in 2014 World Cup qualifying Sunday.
Samuel opened the scoring in the 27th minute and Stewart extended the lead in the 71st. Casim Lanjaine scored for Grenada in the 76th minute but it was too late.
Grenada suffered its second loss in in Group E of World Cup qualifying at the Arnos Vale Playing Field.
St. Vincent's next game is against Belize at Arnos Vale on Oct. 7, while Grenada takes on Guatemala.
