Granada full-back Guilherme Siqueira has confirmed he wants to leave this summer and hopes the club will let him move on.

Siqueira has four years left on his contract with Granada, who finished the season in 15th position in La Liga.

The 27-year-old was reportedly watched by Manchester United on several occasions during the 2011/12 campaign, and has previously been linked with Barcelona and Benfica.

The Brazilian believes that now is the right time to change clubs and also feels that Granada would benefit from his sale.

"I can't say that my cycle at Granada is over as I still have four more years on my contract," Siqueira told Globo Esporte.

"But the board and the fans know that I have had two top quality seasons and I think that, if I am to leave, the moment is now.

"I hope the club can find a way out for me. An eventual transfer would be good for the club and for me as well."
