The 25-year-old has been on trial at Bloomfield Road and manager Ian Holloway has offered him a two-year deal with the Premier League newcomers. The highly-rated Israel international defender is available on a free transfer after deciding not to renew his contract at Haifa. Oyston told Sky Sports News: "We've spoken to Dekel and his representatives and we're hopeful that we can finish the deal off. "Obviously, the deal is subject to a work permit."
