Kenny Miller scored his 20th goal of the season to help Rangers
beat 10-man Hearts 2-0 Sunday and move even closer to a second
straight Scottish Premier League title.
Kyle Lafferty scored a 54th-minute opener at Ibrox before
Miller doubled the lead with six minutes left from a penalty given
for midfielder Eggert Jonsson's push on Steven Naismith.
Jonsson was given a straight red card.
Rangers can clinch the title with victory at Hibernian next
weekend or without playing if second-place Celtic loses to Dundee
United earlier the same day.
Third-place Dundee United won 3-2 at Motherwell in Sunday's
other match, keeping alive its slim hopes of taking second spot
from inconsistent Celtic.
