McCarthy is to keep faith with the players who earned Wolves a 1-0 win against Tottenham at Molineux to lift them out of the Premier League bottom three. But he will have to make an alteration amongst the substitutes as on-loan Blues utility man Michael Mancienne is ineligible to face his parent club. Holding midfielder Segundo Castillo and striker Stefan Maierhofer will come into the equation for a place on the bench.
