The 29-year-old, who cost Birmingham ?3million from Luton in 2007, is a free agent and scored both goals in St Johnstone's 2-1 friendly win over Bristol City on Saturday. St Johnstone said on their official Twitter feed: "Talks with Saturday's two-goal trialist striker Rowan Vine, aimed at bringing the player to Saints, are ongoing."
