Swindon midfielder Luke Rooney will return from a loan spell at Burton ahead of the Robins' clash with Aston Villa next Tuesday.
The 21-year-old, who has made three appearances during his stay in League Two, will be available for Burton's clash with Bradford on Saturday before heading back to The County Ground.
He is eligible to face Paul Lambert's men in next week's Capital One Cup fourth round tie having featured for the Robins in their first round win over Brighton.
Rooney came through Gillingham's academy and went on to make 60 appearances for the club before signing for Swindon in January.
