LONDON (AP) Wayne Rooney will miss Manchester United's next-to-last match of a lackluster English Premier League season against Hull on Tuesday because of a groin injury.
Rooney sat out the 1-0 loss to Sunderland on Saturday due to a combination of the injury and a stomach bug.
The injury could be a concern for England coach Roy Hodgson, who announces his World Cup roster on May 12.
