Bundesliga champion Borussia Dortmund is capitalizing on its popularity in Poland by opening a fan store in Warsaw before this summer's European Championship.
Dortmund chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke tells Focus magazine that ''Borussia is incredibly well-liked in Poland, even more so than Bayern Munich.''
More stores are planned across Poland if the Warsaw shop is successful.
Poland captain Jakub Blaszczykowski and national teammates Lukasz Piszczek and striker Robert Lewandowski play regularly for the defending German champions.
