An angry supporter breached security and burst into England's dressing room at Cape Town's Green Point stadium Friday after Fabio Capello's side struggled to a 0-0 World Cup draw with Algeria, AFP reported citing the BBC.

The Football Association has officially complained to World Cup organizers FIFA over the incident.

It was reported that the fan confronted former England skipper David Beckham before being led away by security personnel.

England's fans were so furious at their team's lackluster performance that they booed the players on the field, prompting a furious response from star striker Wayne Rooney, Sky News reported.

"Nice to hear your own fans booing you," a clearly frustrated Rooney was heard to say.

After the match England coach Fabio Capello said: "I don't know if it is pressure or not but I think it was not a good game because we lost too many balls and too many passes."
