Kolarov has been linked with City for much of the summer and reports over the weekend suggested they had agreed a fee with Lazio after sending officials to Rome. However, no deal has yet been reached for the Serbia star and Reja is becoming frustrated. "For over a month he has been linked with a move away from Lazio but nothing has happened," he said. "I hope a decision will be taken soon. "It's clear that if he leaves, I will need to find an alternative player for that position." Kolarov is under contract with the Serie A club until June 2011 and has a buy-out clause of 22.5million euros.
