Real Madrid vs Osasuna match preview
Real Madrid C.F. will host recently promoted CA Osasuna tomorrow afternoon. Here’s all you need to know about tomorrow’s match.
Real Madrid are set to host Osasuna tomorrow afternoon. It will be their first time hosting the recently promoted club. The last time they met at the Santiago Bernabeu was in the 13/14 season, when Los Blancos thrashed them 4-0, with Cristiano Ronaldo scoring a brace. It seems like a perfect coincidence that the Portuguese forward makes his return against the Pamplonans.

Real Madrid have started the season right, with the first two games of the season being won. Real Madrid started the season with a 3-0 win against Real Sociedad.
Their next fixture was against Celta Vigo, in an exhilarating 2-1 win. Los Blancos were held to a goalless draw in the first half, before Alvaro Morata opened the score goal on the 60th minute, finishing a rebound after teammate Marco Asensio’s shot was blocked by Celta keeper Sergio Alvarez.
Celta equalized on the 67th minute, with a long-range shot from midfielder Fabián Orellana off a pass from Swede forward John Guidetti.
The match was salvaged by Toni Kroos with a late match winner. The German midfielder struck a long distance shot into the bottom right corner, striking the post before bouncing into the goal.
Meanwhile, Osasuna has yet to win their first match. They lost 2-0 to Real Sociedad, and tied their last match 1-1 with Malaga.

Cristiano Ronaldo is back
Cristiano Ronaldo missed the first two games of the season with a knee injury. He suffered the injury in a collision with Dimitri Payet as Portugal beat hosts France 1-0 to win Euro 2016. He hasn’t participated in any match for club or country since then, missing out on Portugal’s matches against Gibraltar and Switzerland.
The Portuguese scored 35 goals in 36 La Liga games, with Real finishing runners-up to Barcelona last season.
