Allan McGregor is set for a return to action for Rangers.

The goalkeeper missed last week's victory at St Johnstone with a thigh strain but has recovered from the problem, while defender Dorin Goian is also available for selection despite suffering a facial injury.

Midfielders Steven Naismith and Jamie Ness, forward Kyle Lafferty and full-back Steven Whittaker are all still sidelined through injury.

Aberdeen defender Rory McArdle faces a fitness test on a knee injury ahead of the clash.
