Queens Park Rangers has asked its fans to help identify the spectator who threw a coin at an assistant referee during Saturday's Premier League win over Arsenal.

The match was halted for two minutes in injury time after Stuart Burt was struck on the back of his neck by an object that appeared to come from the crowd.

QPR used its Twitter account to ask fans who saw ''the coin-throwing incident to come forward and assist our inquiries.''
