The full-back was an unused substitute in the draw against Aston Villa after being left exhausted by the recent round of matches. Pulis told BBC Radio Stoke: "Andy has looked tired as he does not sleep well after games. "He is not getting to sleep until about five or six in the morning, then napping. "Hopefully we will all be firing again by the time when come to face Tottenham, who are a fantastic team."
