Sampdoria striker Giampaolo Pazzini has been named in an Italy squad for the first time since being sent off during a World Cup qualifier with Ireland in April.
Pazzini, who has scored seven goals and formed an impressive partnership with Antonio Cassano this season, was listed in the squad on Sunday for Italy's friendlies against the Netherlands in Pescara on Nov. 14 and Sweden in Cesena on Nov. 18.
