And news has now emerged they must pay the Premier League a reported £1million fine. And the Premier League will not have to wait like most of the creditors as they will take it from the £6million TV money and other funds withheld from Pompey. "Portsmouth have been fined for a series of breaches of our rules and regulations during the course of this season," a spokesman said in The Sun.
