Police clash with Duesseldorf fans after loss

Several hundred Fortuna Duesseldorf supporters clashed with police after their team was relegated from the Bundesliga with a 3-0 loss in Hannover.

Hannover police said Sunday that 10 officers were injured in clashes after Saturday's match, two of whom were unable to continue their duties.

Police arrested 19 Duesseldorf fans and two were charged with causing public disturbances.

Duesseldorf was relegated after one season in the top flight.
