Piquionne has impressed since arriving on a year-long loan deal from Lyon in the summer. The 31-year-old has been linked with a move to Liverpool - who he scored against back in December - with Everton and West Ham also thought to be interested. However, his agent believes Piquionne will remain with the Premier League strugglers. "All the reports you have heard recently are unfounded," he told France Football. "Frederic is happy at Portsmouth. For him to leave, Lyon, Portsmouth and the player would have to be in agreement."
