Philippe Coutinho is still Liverpool's most important player
Philippe Coutinho was the go to guy for Liverpool for a couple of seasons running now and still is.
Now that there are many talented players around the pitch, some doubt Coutinho’s contribution to the team.
This coming from many conversations with other LFC fans and how they see him not being as important to the team as last season, or in better light, replaceable.
Well obviously I’m in total disagreement to this statement! I believe Coutinho is still the most important player to our team and their success.

To me, being named player of the season two seasons running says more than what a couple of old farts talking over a fire can add.
Mulling over the quality of goals he scored in his time here at Liverpool, I can see little evidence helping them justify why he should be kept out of the starting eleven.
Only missing one game due to injury, when Liverpool beat limping champs Leicester City. Coutinho has contributed some magical moments in most of the other matches.
We all know the entire team didn’t get off the bus, in the loss against Burnley.
Scoring twice on the opening day and just, just missing out on a opening day hat-trick against Arsenal. Coupled with an excellent cross in a nicely worked out set-piece against another top club Chelsea.
Coutinho has been involved in almost all of the action for Liverpool. You can take little away from this little man’s performances.
Already receiving the man of the match award (MOTM) twice in only six games, speaks volumes of how he is growing game by game under Klopp.
Yes surely no player is bigger than the club (take note Sakho), but this would be a tough pill to swallow, when trying to replace a player of his caliber.

Coutinho’s stats for the start of the league campaign: (whoscored.com)
Not only are these stats impressive for a start to a season for any player, but its the manner in which he does it.
First two breath taking moments which come to mind at first thought of Coutinho is:
One, the perfectly placed free-kick to beat Petr Cech on the opening day and two, the howler against Hull City last week.
What two awesome strikes by the young Brazilian. Hopefully his individual stats will prove vital, not only to himself, but is the difference for Liverpool to get some much needed silverware.
If you take all of these positive attributes and match it to any other player who is not in the starting eleven.
Ask yourself, who would you put in the team to capitulate the same type of form being shown by our most valuable player?
