Napoli says it has completed the signing of striker Goran Pandev from Inter Milan on a permanent three-year deal.
Pandev spent last season on loan at Napoli but has now signed a contract tying him to the Serie A club until 2015, with an option for an extra year.
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis said Wednesday that ''I hope he doesn't just play the next four years at Napoli but has an even longer career in our colors.''
The club paid Inter ?7.5 million ($9.4 million) for the 28-year-old forward.
Pandev made 42 appearances in all competitions for Napoli last season, scoring seven goals.
The Macedonia striker helped the club win the Italian Cup - his fourth in a row after winning previously with Inter (twice) and Lazio.
