A late Antonio Di Natale strike helped 10-man Udinese snatch a 1-1 draw at home to Palermo in Serie A on Saturday.

Josip Ilicic put Palermo ahead in the 33rd minute, thanks in part to a goalkeeping error, and he should have had a penalty minutes later but was harshly booked for diving after his ankle was caught by Udinese defender Danilo.

Udinese's Maurizio Domizzi had an equalizer ruled out for offside early in the second half before defender Thomas Heurtaux was sent off after picking up his second yellow card on the hour.

Udinese goalkeeper Zeljko Brkic atoned for his error with several good stops before Di Natale struck two minutes from time against coach Francesco Guidolin's former club.
