O'Hara drops Spurs exit hint
The 24-year-old, who enjoyed a successful loan spell with Portsmouth last season, is yet to play for Spurs this term due to a back injury. O'Hara is now fit again and working on his match fitness having featured in a reserves match for Tottenham earlier this week. The former England Under-21 international came through the clubs ranks, but now feels the time may have come to leave in order to further his career. West Ham have been linked with his signature. Manager Harry Redknapp stated the club would be prepared to loan out O'Hara following his successful spell with Pompey, although it remains to be seen whether a permanent deal is an option they would be willing to entertain. "I never wanted to leave Spurs, but there comes a point when if you're not playing you have to think about your career," said O'Hara. "I am not one of these people who is happy just sitting in the stands and picking up his wages."
