Norwegian club Molde signs American Joshua Gatt

American midfielder Joshua Gatt has agreed to a contract with Molde, a top Norwegian soccer club.

Molde coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told local news agency NTB on Wednesday that Gatt is a fast, technical and ''exciting player.'' The club did not disclose details of the deal with the 19 year old.

The American under-20 team member previously played for Austrian club Rheindorf Altach.

Solskjaer left Manchester United in November after a 14-year stint as player and reserve-team coach to take over his native club Molde.
