Napoli striker Ezequiel Lavezzi will miss up to five weeks with a
leg injury.
The club said Monday that medical tests revealed a muscle
strain in the Argentina international's left leg, requiring four to
five weeks rest.
Lavezzi was injured in the first half of Napoli's 1-0 win
over Sampdoria on Sunday. His replacement, fellow Argentine German
Denis, scored the winning goal, moving Napoli into fourth place,
level on 33 points with third-placed Juventus.
