Moratti to meet Ranieri to solve Inter crisis
Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti will meet with coach Claudio Ranieri in a bid to sort out the Serie A side's miserable season.
Inter has lost seven of its past eight matches - drawing the other one - and has not even managed to score in its past five, the latest being a 1-0 defeat at Napoli on Sunday.
Moratti said Monday that ''I will call Ranieri and we'll see what we'll do. I'll see what his state of mind is and that of the team. I talked to him the other day and thought there would be a good reaction from a psychological point of view. ... I didn't see that.''
Ranieri is Inter's second coach of the season after replacing Gian Piero Gasperini five games into the campaign.
Inter was considered potential title challengers following a run of eight victories.
