Borussia Moenchengladbach has signed Japanese forward Yuki Otsu from Kashiwa Reysolvon.
The Bundesliga club says the 21-year-old Otsu received a three-year contract.
Borussia's director Max Eberl says Otsu ''left a good impression as a trial player.''
The Bundesliga season kicks off Aug. 5.
