Mixed lineup for US vs Antigua

The United States is using a lineup mixed with veterans such as goalkeeper Tim Howard and defender Carlos Bocanegra and less-experienced players in its World Cup qualifying match against Antigua and Barbuda.

Injuries and poor form caused coach Jurgen Klinsmann to switch away from some of his usual players for Friday night's match. Geoff Cameron starts at center back as Bocanegra moves to the left side. Graham Zusi gets a start in midfield, as does Danny Williams.

Up front, Clint Dempsey and Herculez Gomez are starting.

The Americans are tied with Guatemala and Jamaica in Group A at seven points, while Antigua and Barbuda has one. The United States won their first meeting 3-1 in June in Tampa.
