Second-half goals from Chris Eagles and Gael Kakuta at Villa Park on Tuesday night secured Bolton's place into the last 16. Villa boss McLeish, who won the competition with Birmingham last season, is now looking for his players to regain their self belief. He said: "It is a learning process for a lot of the younger players out there. "Hopefully the education, the disappointment of it fires them to better things, greater things, the whole team. "The team have to bounce back and the experienced guys have done it so many times before, guys like Richard Dunne, so that's the reaction I'll be looking for. "It is getting that wee bit of belief back into their game." Meanwhile, Owen Coyle was pleased for Stuart Holden, who impressed on his comeback from a long-term injury on Tuesday.. Coyle's men beat Villa despite the Scot making nine changes from the side beaten at home by Norwich at the weekend. But it was midfielder Holden who caught the eye in his first start since suffering knee ligament damage in a challenge with Manchester United's Jonny Evans at Old Trafford six months ago. Coyle said: "We made nothing as a club of the horror injury Stuart received at Manchester United. "We just got on with our business and didn't make a big meal of it, making sure Stuart recovered."
