The Northern Ireland international started the Baggies' 0-0 home draw with Fulham on Saturday, his first league appearance for the club after making a summer move to The Hawthorns from Ipswich. Now he is hoping for a chance to prove himself at the highest level on a sustained basis, telling the club's official website: "It's what you work for and it's what all the sweat and hard work in the gym is for, to get a chance to play in the best league in the world. "It's fantastic and hopefully I can go on now and try to establish myself in the team here, and do well for West Brom. "It was a nice experience. It's taken a long time and I have dreamed off it. When you set out, that's what you want to do, to play at the top level. "It's been tough getting here, but I enjoyed every minute of it. I have seen a lot of good players through international football, and a lot of the difference between the Championship and the Premier League is the speed of thought and the movement of the players."
