Law open to Rangers offer

Motherwell midfielder Nicky Law admits he would be tempted by a move to Rangers in the summer.

Sky Sports revealed earlier this month that Rangers had an interest in Law, who is one of a number of Motherwell players out of contract this summer.

And the 24-year-old now admits he would consider a switch to Ibrox - should they make an offer.

Rangers are under a transfer embargo, but can offer terms of employment to a player who would able to be registered and start playing on September 1st, once the transfer window had shut.

"Rangers are a massive club, whatever division they're in," Law told the Daily Record.

"It's always flattering to have your name linked with these huge clubs but that's all it is, just flattery. Whether it's Rangers or any other club, if there's interest you'd consider any offers.

"I'm at Motherwell and I'll consider any offers that come from them as well. Motherwell have had initial talks with my agent and the agents of the five or six other out-of-contract players.

"I'd have thought in the next couple of weeks things will maybe start to materialise with all the lads whose deals finish in the summer.

"I've had no contact from Rangers. I'm just concentrating on Motherwell and those eight remaining games.

"We're desperate for second spot and that's all we're concentrating on just now."
