The Potters reportedly have the Sweden international on their radar, and will look to swoop for the 25-year-old if they fail to tie down Jermaine Pennant on a permanent contract. Stoke are unwilling to come up with the £6million Real Zaragoza are asking for Pennant, who has been on loan at the Britannia Stadium since August. They are instead understood to be planning a £2million bid for Larsson, who is out of contract at St Andrew's in the summer. And while insisting the club have not contacted him about the midfielder, Larsson's agent, Per Jonsson, says his player will consider all options in the January transfer window. "Seb likes to be in England, but Spain and Italy are good countries to be in and I know clubs there have been watching him," Jonsson told The Sentinel. "I know they have followed him this season and liked what they have seen. "There are a lot of clubs that like him, but we have not discussed anything with other clubs. I really don't know what will happen in January." Larsson's contract talks with Birmingham have apparently stalled because of his wage demands, but Jonsson says the midfielder has not given up hope of negotiating a new deal at the Midlands club. He added: "Birmingham have had the chance for a long time to leave an offer. They have left something, but it is not good enough."
