Lambert praise for Redknapp

Redknapp will take League title chasing Tottenham to Carrow Road on Tuesday evening looking for the victory that would keep them in touch with Manchester City and United. Lambert believes Spurs' success owes much to the influence of Redknapp, who has masterminded the transformation from relegation contenders to top-four candidates. "Tottenham are a top side with an absolutely brilliant manager," he told Canaries Player. "The way Harry manages people and tells it how it is - he's straight as a die that way, gets the best out of his players. "They have a squad of world-class players but he still has to get the best out of them, which he does. "Every team he's been with he's done well. Spurs are no different. He's taken them from relegation to where they are now. "I bet the atmosphere around Tottenham is very vibrant and that will be due to him." Lambert accepts Spurs possess a vast array of talent, but insists Norwich will seek to humble them at Carrow Road. "The team that he's assembled there is absolutely top class," he said. "They had a fantastic run in the Champions League last season and beat some great sides. "The players they've brought in have strengthened their hand. "They are on the coat-tails of the two Manchester clubs in the title race and they're competing to get in the Champions League again. "But we have to take them on because we're at home. We'll try everything we can."
