Klopp: No January transfer deals

Borussia Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp says he does not expect there to be much movement from his side during the January transfer window.

Klopp's men sit third in the table after a strong start to the season, although progression to the knock-out stages of the UEFA Champions League remains in the balance, with a win away to Marseille imperative if they are to be among the final 32.

The Bundesliga outfit have a number of injury concerns, with key players such as Ilkay Gundogan, Mats Hummels, Neven Subotic and Marcel Schmelzer all currently side-lined.

But when asked whether he would be doing business in January, Klopp told ARD: "At this point in time I would say 'no'."

Although Klopp admits that Dortmund's injury-list does play its part in terms of any potential moves, he insists it is not a huge concern to him.

"We definitely consider those scenarios in terms of player transfers," he said.

"We have injured players, of course, but it's only Neven Subotic whose season is already over now."
