Klasnic: Build on Reebok rout

The Croatian is hopeful the victory, revenge for having been beaten by a similar scoreline in last season's FA Cup semi-final, will provide a turning point for Wanderers. After losing to the Potters at Wembley last April, Wanderers went on a run of just two wins in 13 league matches. Sunday's victory was their first at the Reebok Stadium since April 24 and although they are still in the bottom three with nine points Klasnic is optimistic their luck has changed. "Before the game I was with the club chaplain and we spoke about what we would pray about," said the 31-year-old. "I said all the negative scores started with Stoke when we lost 5-0 in the FA Cup semi-final. "I said this was a game we needed to win and change from the negative to the positive. "I hope it is a good sign for us. It is a new start. I think we are going to be positive." Bolton have had a tough run of fixtures against the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea and Klasnic believes 18th place is not a true reflection of their ability. "I think we have a great team. At the moment we are at the bottom but we are better than this," he told Wanderers Player. "We want to do better than last season. We have nine points now and we need to go on. "We are now playing against the teams who are a little bit in front of us so we need to win these games, it is important."
