Kean: Rovers up for dogfight

Rovers face Arsenal in Saturday's late kick-off at the Emirates Stadium but could find themselves in the bottom three if earlier results go against them. They currently sit just one point above the drop zone after a woeful run of just one win in nine matches, earning five points since January 15. With matches to come against Manchester United and Manchester City, as well games against fellow struggling sides West Ham and Wolves, a tough run-in lies ahead. But Kean has been lifted by their last two displays, twice recovering from conceding against Fulham before eventually losing 3-2 and then bouncing back from 2-0 down at home to Blackpool to draw. "In the last couple of games we have come back from being behind, which is a good sign," he said. "That shows what the group is like. They have a fantastic togetherness and they are fighting for each other and backing each other up. "That is a quality you have to have in this last phase of games. "We have got good games left. We have a tough one against Arsenal but they are all tough at this stage. "We are confident we can get the points and do it as quickly as we can. "Where they are going to come from you cannot say." Rovers have been given little chance against the Gunners and Kean admits he would accept a draw, although he believes Arsene Wenger's side are vulnerable. "I would take a point now but I think we can go and be more positive than that," he added. "Hopefully we are playing them at the right time for us because they have had so many players on international duty. "We've had 12 players to work with for most of last week while Arsenal have probably had two or three. "Like any team, it doesn't matter who they are, they do have some weaknesses and we need to try to exploit them as much as we can. "Their game is very easy on the eye but it is going to be our job to stop them and make sure they don't get any flow. "We have been working in the last couple of days in trying to exploit any weaknesses they have as well. "We are very positive we can go and get something from the game."
