Juventus signs defender Ogbonna
Juventus have completed the signing of Angelo Ogbonna from Serie A rivals Torino.
It was revealed earlier on Thursday that the defender was undergoing a medical in Turin.
He has sailed through the physical examinations and has penned a five-year contract.
Juventus will part with a €13million ($17m) fee for his services, which could rise by a further €2million if certain targets are met and will be paid in instalments over the next three years.
The Italy international will join a side that has secured back-to-back Serie A titles and will be eyeing a hat-trick in 2013/14.
A statement released by Juve on their official website read: "Italian international defender Angelo Ogbonna has today completed a permanent move from Torino to Juventus.
"The 25-year-old, whose impressive performances earned him a place in Cesare Prandelli's European Championship squad last summer, has put pen to paper on a five-year contract which keeps him with the Bianconceri until 2018."
