Honduras crushed by China in friendly
Honduras' two-match tour ended with another heavy defeat as it lost 3-0 to China in Wuhan.
Luis Fernando Suarez's men were beaten 4-0 by South Korea last week, and were hoping to make amends against a Chinese team warming up for its World Cup qualifying campaign.
But Schalke midfielder Hao Junmin proved to be the hero for the Asian side, setting up all three goals.
Hao did superbly to keep the ball in play at the by-line and cross for Huang Bowen to score with a scuffed shot from near the penalty spot in the 17th minute.
China extended its lead 20 minutes later when Hao's cross was expecrtly guided in at the far post by Yang Xu.
Hao was again in the thick of the action for the third and final goal as another cross from the right found the unmarked Yang, who curled his shot beyond goalkeeper Noel Valladares.
