Holloway homes in on 'balance'

The Seasiders have fared much better so far in their maiden Premier League campaign than many expected, and with 12 fixtures still to play, they are two points clear of the relegation zone. A great deal of their success so far has been achieved on the road, with Holloway's side notching five victories away from home, compared to the three times they have triumphed at Bloomfield Road. The latest of those home wins, a superb 2-1 defeat of Liverpool last month, was Blackpool's last victory of any description, though, and with only one point earned from the six matches that have followed, Holloway wants to see the Tangerines making the most of the games at their own ground as they continue their battle to beat the drop. "I'd just like it to balance out," said Holloway. "If it does, with the games that we've got, we'll be happy so we've just got to keep going. "I believe we're in a spell where we're not doing that much wrong and if we keep believing in ourselves and working hard, one of these days we might get another decent home win. "It's been fantastic anyway, to be honest, and unfortunately the main thing we could do with - three points - has just evaded us, but the performances have been more than pleasing. "Hopefully by the end of the season the fans will have got what they want and seen a few decent home wins."
