Hibs hoping to hang on to trio
Hibernian are aiming to keep striker Leigh Griffiths, midfielder Jorge Claros and defender Ryan McGivern beyond the terms of their loan deals.
Wolves' Griffiths, who has scored nine SPL goals this season, Manchester City's McGivern and Claros, on loan from Motagua in Honduras, are currently tied to Easter Road until January.
Manager Pat Fenlon said: "We want to keep all our better players. The three of them are up in January but we're working hard presently to make sure we keep them."
With leaders Celtic playing Dundee United on Sunday, Hibs, who have struggled in recent seasons, could go top of the SPL with victory over St Mirren on Saturday.
Fenlon said: "It's a good incentive for the players, to be able to go to the top of the table from where we've been. The players have to use it as motivation."
Hibs could be without defender Tim Clancy, who has taken a limited part in training since making his return from a groin injury in the 4-0 win at Motherwell last week.
Fenlon added: "Tim hasn't done a lot since last Friday. We'll see how he is tomorrow. If he doesn't make it Alan (Maybury) will come in and play."
