Hearts duo set to face Well
Hearts boss John McGlynn expects both Jamie Macdonald and Callum Paterson to be fit to face Motherwell.
The two players both had to go off during the 1-0 defeat by Celtic at Parkhead on Sunday.
Macdonald was carried off on a stretcher after a clash of heads with Hoops midfielder Charlie Mulgrew, and Paterson left the field with an ankle knock.
There was an initial fear that both may miss next week's game against Motherwell game but McGlynn told Hearts News: "We've had Jamie reassessed and he's had extra time off this week.
"He was in yesterday and he's been checked out. He's fine, a bit sore still but that's to be expected.
"It was a fair dunt (knock) he got but he's fine and will be fine for the Motherwell game.
"Callum Paterson was due to be involved with Scotland Under-19s but he pulled out due to the ankle knock he took at Celtic Park.
"It's disappointing for him but he's got plenty of time on his side to go and do well for his country.
"We don't see it being a problem for the Motherwell game, he's healing very quickly and it's got better very quickly.
"There's no indication he'll struggle for the Motherwell game."
