Hannover chairman Martin Kind insists they will do all they can to keep contract rebel Mame Biram Diouf at the club.

Diouf, who is under contract at Hannover until 2014, has turned down an offer of a contract extension from the Bundesliga club.

The news has alerted a number of clubs to Diouf's possible availability with Borussia Dortmund thought to be leading the chase for the former Manchester United man.

Kind claims Hannover will not give up Diouf easily and that it would take a big offer to persuade them to cash in on the Senegal striker.

"First of all, Mame Biram Diouf is under contract with our club. His contract will end in June 2014," Kind told Norddeutscher Rundfunk.

"Therefore we are an important and quite decisive partner in any talks thus far.

"If there is a necessity and if we need to be in any talks regarding the future of Mame Biram Diouf we are not to be an easy part. We have some concrete ideas!"

Diouf admits he will only consider his future at the end of the season as he is focused on ending the campaign well.

"I still want to finish the season and discuss my future at the end of the season," Diouf told Sky Sports.
