Stuttgart says Germany midfielder Christian Traesch is set to join Bundesliga rival Wolfsburg.
Stuttgart sports director Fredi Bobic said Saturday that his club has agreed with Wolfsburg on a transfer, but gave no details. The 23-year-old had a year left on his contract.
Bobic said Traesch will sign for Wolfsburg after undergoing a medical check.
Wolfsburg won the Bundesliga title in 2009 but only narrowly avoided relegation last season.
