Colombia climbs one place to No. 3 even though it lost to Brazil in a friendly, and trades places with the Netherlands which lost both its matches this month.
The United States has climed one place to 17th, but remains just behind arch rivals Mexico. Costa Rica remains the highest-ranked CONCACAF nation in 15th place.
Belgium stays at No. 5 and Brazil climbs one spot to No. 6. Uruguay is No. 7, followed by Spain.
France and Switzerland, which lost to England in a European Championship qualifier, trade places to complete the top 10.
England climbs two spots to No. 18 following a friendly win against Norway and a Euro 2016 qualifier victory in Switzerland.
Algeria leads African nations at No. 20, up four. Iran also rises four as the top Asian nation at No. 44.
